Creamy Garlic Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients (Serves 4)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Season and Sear the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through (5–6 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.Make the Creamy Sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.Add Cream & Cheese
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.Return Chicken to the Pan
Add chicken back into the skillet and spoon the sauce over it. Simmer for a couple more minutes to blend flavors.Garnish & Serve
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
